Conclusion:

For the amount of time I had and budget I was given, I'm happy with the amount of work I managed to make, though there's nothing I'm completely satisfied with in the level, beside the layout and initial idea.
A lot of the textures are low res, due to the texture constraints, and a lot of my models look too blocky or low-poly. I would have also liked to have made more objects to place around the scene.
